Finally Missing the 3rd left and not getting the final Take off... was the one...Everthing else is part of the chain...but ultimately 55 tons and its delay by a Stubborn arrogant captain is the reason ..There would have just got the necessary visibility for a risky but manageable Take off.Pan Am would have seen the 3rd left. And waited..While KLM would revert at the end of the runaway and taken off .And after that the Stubborn pilot would have got clearance for take off...all this just before the visibility turned to 500 mtrs...

airplane pilots should be able to see left and right, the smaller plane the women on the right should have aided the pilot in seeing on the right side of the plane/ Now if that pilot had a heart attack then there was nothing the small plane could do and they would have possibly crashed elsewhere

i do not gamble because i have found the odds in every platform from state to national lotto to casino or whatever, the odds of winning anything significant are so slim its just not even worth it . imagine having to pay to stand out in the rain for chance at being struck by lightning because it had become the most prized thing . it is perfectly proven throughout every case all they have to do is look at a players record and if they see any consistent wins they automatically know the person is cheating in some way because winning is so rare !
